We Created a Creative Idea for a Promotional Video to Recruit Engineers for the Project

On the other hand, Cambium Network is a leader in developing and creating communication equipment and solutions for the most remote corners of the planet, from Alaska to Everest. The innovation of GlobalLogic and the non-engineering talents make fantastic things possible.
Our task is to create an idea of a video that would reveal the essence of the project, demonstrate the cool atmosphere of the team of engineers, and motivate joining the team.
Solution
We interviewed the team and created a video script with two parts: product and team. The special feature of the video is that we suggested to attract a real consultant from the team working on creating Cambium Network equipment to convey the atmosphere of working on the product as much as possible. Finally, we provided the block that motivated viewers to send in their CVs and show how their contribution to the project can change the future of high-tech communication.
Result
The creative idea of the video helped to film a cool movie and the recruiting team attract engineers to the project.
